29 May 2018 – The block which in the 2004 urban renewal scheme for Lakerlopen, Eindhoven was rather prosaically referred to as Block 3 will now be built. Last Monday night, the project developer Stam + De Koning presented the tailpiece of Lakerlopen. Our scheme for the dwellings at Veestraat follows the urban masterplan. The dwellings have orange facades and pitched roofs, locally accentuated by higher flat roofed volumes. Spatially, the project focusses on the slender tower block that was previously built as hinge between Veestraat and Jacob Marisplein.

We have proceeded preparing the documents for the building application.
