21 March 2024 – Habion and Bo-Ex have have approved our preliminary design for the two residential palazzi in Terwijde. The plan is to submit the combined building and planning application within four months.

The plan consists of 161 affordable rental apartments. The apartments for Habion are service homes, which are suitable for wheelchair users. A feature of the palazzo typology is that the lifts and stairs give onto an inner courtyard. This gives the courtyard a sustainable common status as usual in Italian precedents, but also in the Amsterdam Lutherhof.
