2010 was theBraam Year because of the 100^th anniversary of the birth of the renowned Flemmish architect Renaat Braem. Within that framework HvdH investigated the Antwerps Het Kiel estate which he designed. The preservation of mass housing is not an easy topic. He wrote Manifesto for the Archtitecture of Het Kiel with his vision on the preservation of this piece of work. The drawings illustrating that were on show on the exhibition Renaat Braem 1910 2010 in the Flemmish Architecture Institute VAi.
