In cooperation with Franz Ziegler, HvdH designed three housing projects for the Grauwaart district within Leidsche Rijn nearby Utrecht. One of those projects is an apartment building which marks the corner of a block. The corner building sits on a parking garage. Access decks and terraces are combined at the south façade oriented at the inner court of the block. The plan of the dwellings allows for a high degree of flexibility in use. The second bedroom can easily be used as a dining or study. Additionally, all interior walls can be removed or relocated.

The entrance and lift lobbies are finished with colourful panels. The timber of the door frames is just supplied with oil, which results in a high quality, but also low-maintenance and robust interior.
