5 February 2018 – We work on a new social housing project at Persoonshaven in Feijenoord, as Rotterdammers say: Upon South. On the occasion of the preliminary design, we made an imaginary vedute from the window of the new houses. You see the Peperklip housing estate, the speculative housing from the 19^th century, our previous housing at Oranjeboomstraat and the historic row housing in Florence, designed by Bartolomeo Ammanati. The north of Rotterdam merely forms a horizon. The beat poet Jules Deelder, also Night Mayor of North, hangs on the wall, contemplating the domestic city upon South.

Our client is Woonstad Rotterdam, start on site is due for late 2018.
