The first floor of the former jenever distillery Villa Hoboken in Rotterdam Delfshaven was converted into offices. Rooms are organised around a central hall. Large glass doors offer the possibility to separate the offices from the hall in which informal gatherings and meetings happen. The common entrance is lined with timber wall panels and the lift core is painted hard red.
