10 July 2014 – The student housing at Van Noortlaan in Eindhoven is finished, Stefan Müller has made pictures. The project has been designed, tendered and built within 2½ years. With Henri Freriks of Woonbedrijf the scheme has been conceived as efficiently as possible. Without spending money on special materials and details a remarkable project has been built. The facades have different types of brickwork. The entrances are marked with gilded numbers. The walkways are all interior spaces and have been supplied with large windows to the rear court. The upper staircase runs in a spacious void, with abundant daylight from above. The contractor Stam + De Koning has done an excellent job.

The project is the result of commitment and good professional and personal cooperation. I am looking back to the design and construction process with a lot of pleasure.
