26 January 2026 – Until 23 January, residents of Purmerend could vote for their favourite design for the Schapenmarkt. They could choose from three different concepts. In March, the city council will announce which design received the most votes.

Together with Vendrig Leegwater Architects, we worked on the Schapenmarkt, a place that is currently used for parking, but which in the future will become a distinctive meeting place with a hotel, restaurants, homes, social and economic facilities, and a car park.
