30 October 2026 – Construction is underway on the two palazzi in Terwijde, Utrecht. Staton Bouw has excavated the construction site. Some of the foundation piles are already in the ground. Harmen van der Wilt visited Loveld, the factory that manufactures the precast concrete components. The first balconies were completed. The rainwater spouts in the parapet, with the rough decorative surface beneath them, look beautiful.

Harmen and Oumaima Chourak precisely defined the shapes of two key prefabricated elements in BIM. This allowed Loveld to model the shapes of the remaining elements in BIM and carry out the further design work. Thanks to Staton and Loveld for their craftsmanship.
