The Larenseweg in Hilversum is transforming from an industrious area to a domestic street. The urbanastic proposal for the Lemet site provides small scall business, mixed with housing and neighbourhood amenities.

Two volumes define a thoroughfare for pedestrians and cyclists between Larenseweg and the neighbourhood behind Lemet. The neighbourhood centre follows the street line of the adjoining dwellings. This results in a place surrounded by live-work units at ground and first floor and flats on the upper floors. The end dwellings borrow their stateliness from the villas which formerly belonged to the businesses.
