21 June 2021 – In 2004, together with Wouter Veldhuis of MUST stedebouw, we started the design development of the urban renewal of the garden city Lakerlopen in Eindhoven. The first five blocks were nearly completed in 2010. Around Veestraat two sites remained unbuilt.

In 2014 a small-scale block with sheltered accommodation at the corner of Veestraat and Kempensebaan followed. The final stage with affordable terraced housing was completed this week by Stam + De Koning Bouw bv.
