A third lift and new façade panels were added to a tower block with 236 homes for the elderly. The concrete parapets were replaced by steel railings. All new components have two colour versions, black and red.

Variations in the railings were made between the lower and the higher floors. The tower takes over the scale of the surrounding buildings and trees. The side facades are cladded with insulating sandwich components. The fibre concrete of these elements is red and has a polished finish. The new lift shaft is constructed against the existing one. Both are finished with identical black concrete panels and left with a rough texture.
